How Do You Feel?

So it’s new years eve, and I’m kind of feeling like… ‘whatever’.
I mean I’m excited about this next year, and it’s been a decent year and all, God gave us a healthy baby boy, for which I’m eternally grateful. I’m not even that bent over the economy. I guess I kind of look at things as one week at a time, which is a little bit more planned out than one day at a time, but that’s just how I handle time management. So maybe the transition of years is not quite as exciting as the transition of weeks in my life.
I’ve got to leave in a few hours to run sound at a big outdoor event that’s happening tonight in downtown Sacramento. Maybe the festivities, and a few thousand people there will get me in the spirit. Post-Christmas blues, birthday in 4 days (not quite as exciting these days), I don’t know….How do you feel?
I’m one of those pesky skorinc followers. First time I’ve been to your blog. I thought it was just me feeling “whatever”. I’m currently unemployed & our finances are not so good, but I continue to be hopeful for better things in the new year. I have faith that what God wants for me will be in His time, not mine. P.S.
